You can send zaps from as many wallets as you'd like via as many apps as you'd like. However, you can only receive zaps to one wallet because you can only have one wallet's Lightning address on your nostr profile for receiving.

Or said another way: You can send mail from any mailbox or post office, but you only have one home address to receive.
