I have the feeling I'm missing something. Maybe you should say first what you have in mind. Half the questions seem to be only relay software related, but I'm not sure where you want to go with these questions. Sometimes I think you want to offer some debugging tools, but I can't imagine how that should work across multiple programming languages.
