Here are the Mechanics: 💊For your entry: Share a brief medical history of the patient and their current medical condition(s) (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, etc.).Upload a clear photo of the patient's latest prescription with the physician's signature. 📌A clear photo of the original receipt for the purchased medicines, showing the purchase date. 📌Copy the link to your entry and paste it in the pinned comment section. 📌For transparency, you may also repost your entry to the community feed.
