I'm so code illiterate...what are the best tools to use in AI to vibe code. I have something I want to build but what little I've interacted with AI it still says I need engineers to connect to the APIs

I love replit because CEO is a Bitcoiner and it’s really easy to deploy a working website.
With APIs I really don’t think that’s necessary anymore but you can get an engineer to review the code or help with small things when it’s ready to be reviewed.
