They’re going to create regulations whether we like it or not. Whoever sits down at the table with them and has the most persuasive arguments will be the ones who help draft the regulations. I don’t know any regulations, but I’d rather have thoughtful regulations that protect privacy and freedom than have regulations that, intentionally or not, make my life less free. We’re not going to sit on the bench and watch other teams play just because we think they’re all cheating the game. I’d rather be on the field convincing the refs to call a fair game. Or cheat the game in my favor if possible. Whatever it takes to protect my freedom and sovereignty. Hopefully if all of us greedily guard our self interest, it will become mutually supportive.
