Just my 2 pence. But If I were you, I'd publish to rss first then to nostr. Why because RSS is ready, battle tested and populates more places on click. Nostr has potential, is just not ready yet.

Indiesats generate an RSS feed, and publish to Nostr. User can then manually add his feed to podcastindex.org for discovery. It's bridging the two worlds this way.
