Hm yeah lots to think about. I think I fall in the following along camp too. This all started when I wanted to change my lighting address for an existing album on Wavlake and couldn’t find an easy way. I’d like to be able to do this kind of thing via Nostr and have it pushed to RSS if that makes sense.

Some Nostr music apps let you make an RSS feed but I don't know how much they have been tested. Have you seen my Music site @MSP 2.0 musicsideproject.com? Its RSS first but also lets you add you stuff to Nostr music. @New Music Nudge Unit have been doing this and its been working. Im redoing some stuff right now and about to record an onboarding view since the site has come a long way. You do need your own place to host the files and I'm going to go over using nostr.build in the demo using the $1.50 a month plan.
