Going off grid does not magically stop the satellites being used to track your movements. Even if you leave the west and go live somewhere in South America or Africa the CIA and Mossad can still send agents to kill or torture you or kidnap you and frame you for a terrorist attack. You're never actually "off the grid" just because your electricity comes from solar doesn't mean they can't track you
