It definitely is. I just saw it over by some waterfall at a national park in Dominican Republic. Shortly before getting pulled over by a cop who didn't realize I didn't know enough Spanish to pay him a bribe.

Did you explain to him you can’t possibly pay due to the badassness of the duck you’d just seen!
I just didn't understand enough of what he was saying and figured I'd rather have a ticket than the penalty of bribing an honest cop. I legit didn't know the speed limit as signs are sparse and the GPS didn't tell me. Oh and I was being passed...as he pulled me over.
