Forget about follower counts in various Nostr clients, they're never accurate anyway. To get a decent number, countless relays would need to be queried. If you want to check follower counts, try nostr.band. They've been collecting data for quite some time. Log in and go to your profile. It shows most of your followers. I'm not sure though if it subtracts people who unfollowed you from your follower count.
