Do most girls in Afghanistan have a mobile phone + internet?

It’s easy to get a phone + internet then find a girls’ school there, I assume. And as I read from the slides, the lessons could be downloaded to study offline. Great initiative indeed

The more a country gets invaded or bombed, the more it needs to defend itself. The more it needs to defend itself, the more those willing to defend it rise in power. Those are hardliners, and usually religious hardliners. Only the very religious types are willing to make the necessary personal sacrifices. But then you get hardline fundamentalism in power. Afghan girls used to go to school in large numbers, before the soviet invasion and then the american invasion. If people want to help women, the first thing to do is to stop bombing/invading their country.
