The government doesn't think everyone is a criminal.
Figure out who rules you already. The problem isn't the idea of a government, it's that we are ruled by foreign, anti-christian elites.
Where is your evidence that native, Christian rulers (like Putin) don't tend to lock up people for personal or political reasons?
They lock some people up, but not everyone. It's about getting the right people. Good fights evil.

Sure. Anarchist governments (aka private courts and security and organizations like churches and companies) are great. Any governments who taxes, among other victimless crimes, are themselves criminals.
