It’s the only way to train your mind. Sitting practice is just one version of meditation and is the most effective. Many people meditate without realizing they’re meditating. Others meditative practices include (assuming no talking or listening): prayer / walking, hiking (no earbuds) / martial arts / driving / painting / gardening… you get the point.
