Not as often as I should. It does help me when I get disregulated.
Yourself?
I haven’t. Tried but kind of gave up. I want to get into it. I want to clear my mind - preferably daily. It feels like a wild zoo up there and occasionally stresses me out.
Yes, at least once a week. It relaxes and gives me clarity.
Yes, for me it's a necessary way to disconnect and have perspective, normally I meditate during walks or in the morning
Its how i time travel 🤷🏽♀️
Meditation can have several meanings and flavours.
It can be a deep meditative state with Theta/Delta brainwaves like yogis practice. But a silent reflection, spiritual devotion or attentiveness to your breath can be beneficial. For some, reading a good book or smoking a cigar can bring you peace.
What matters in the end is reconnecting with your inner self, with your soul.
Yes, I meditate daily; my way - in freedom.
For that reason, put down your electronic device and breath.
When I meditate the way I clear my mind is, I think of me walking a dog. So you know, when you walk a dog that it wants to walk away from you from the path so you bring it back to the path. And you stay focused on the path. That's how I clear my mind. Everybody has different methods of clearing their mind. While they're trying to meditate
I've been practicing zazen (zen meditation) for 20 years.
It's the best way to study yourself, get rid of yourself and go beyond yourself.
Nunca le hice, debería arrancar a hacerlo
I sit zazen for 40 minutes every morning. I have been doing it for 16 years. Haven't missed a day.
Life seemed to became fuller and deeper after I started. So I didn't stop. I can't imagine life without it now.
A big inspiration for me was Brad Warner's book, "Sit Down and Shut Up."

There are many different forms of meditation, no right or wrong.
I prefer meditation in motion so I practice 2, both perfect for clearing your mind:
Riding a motorbike and TaiChi. 💥
My boat and fishing for about 3 hours does great factory reset for my mind. I do it about 2-3 times a week. No need to plan and reserve full day on water. Just catch some fish and then back to work.
I never did it, mainly because I didn't know. No one in my family or among my friends does it, and I never even bothered to find out what it was all about...
Yes, everyday, morning and evening for many years.
Started experimentally, with 10 mins a day and noticed immediate effects in how I handled stress in traffic -- that split second of extra time to consciously decide how to react.
From there, many more indescribably experiences led to searching and study in earnest.
Meditation is a means to take significant steps toward knowing myself, which has become the most fundamental reason for living. The science of the Soul.
Yes, it helps me to be focus
During the day I find a “10 min meditation” on you tube & sit on the couch with headphones.
At night if I wake in the middle of the night I will start with my feet & tenese the muscles for a few seconds then relax. Each muscle group slowly moving up the legs, torso arms & head.
It’s the only way to train your mind. Sitting practice is just one version of meditation and is the most effective.
Many people meditate without realizing they’re meditating. Others meditative practices include (assuming no talking or listening): prayer / walking, hiking (no earbuds) / martial arts / driving / painting / gardening… you get the point.
Principles surrounding mind training is an area I have been writing about recently to help introduce mind training to Bitcoin and vice versa.
