If you do nothing after Core v30 opened up the floodgates to spam, you are essentially giving up on fighting spam. It will always be a cat and mouse game, just like spam in your email inbox. CSAM argument is nonsense and another major red flag. For years anybody could have uploaded csam to bitcoin. If one csam jpeg is enough to forever taint Bitcoin then core v30 and bip110 do absolutely nothing to change anything in this regard. If we accept this framing, FEDs can upload one csam jpeg in 100 different ways any time to claim bitcoin is bad and no consensus change nor any filters can change that.
If it is not just one csam jpeg then how much and which one is it that makes Bitcoin useless all of the sudden?
