There is sometimes people doing Corny Chat on here in Nostr, which is more like call-in radio without any video:

This is my nostr.blue client that has a bunch of niche NIPs supported. Our radio is built on the work of @Schlaus Kwab's wavefunc client. All of the events kinds are listed here
