Err I don’t think this is right. When the banks flood the market with artificially lowered interest rates, there’s so much more money and hence more bids for an asset that’s not meant for investing and this pushes the prices up and creates the monetary premium that’s quite a lot more than the utility value of a house. Cheap money cases scarce assets 💲🏃🏠 When you have hard money, these assets will chase bitcoin.
It’s right in normies minds because fiat has turned houses into assets. They don’t realize their purchasing power is decreasing rather than their home appreciating. You of course are correct and Bitcoin is the only reliable short.
