So is selling fiat for bitcoin.
Property tax to explode in Germany. By some 300-700%. HFSP if you own a mortgage.
and robbing your children...
💯
If it’s property tax it doesn’t matter if it’s a mortgage or not, your losing your home
Err I don’t think this is right.
When the banks flood the market with artificially lowered interest rates, there’s so much more money and hence more bids for an asset that’s not meant for investing and this pushes the prices up and creates the monetary premium that’s quite a lot more than the utility value of a house.
Cheap money cases scarce assets

When you have hard money, these assets will chase bitcoin.
It’s right in normies minds because fiat has turned houses into assets. They don’t realize their purchasing power is decreasing rather than their home appreciating.
You of course are correct and Bitcoin is the only reliable short.
Investing in real estate is robbing children?
yep.
How?

you cant grok this one on your own?
No. That's why I'm asking. If you brought it up, and don't want to talk about it, then we're just wasting time. I welcome you to add value. Why not take me up?
ok here we go - strap in.
money printer go brrrrrr...
boomernigg sez "oh noes im losing purchasing power"

boomernig's retarded half-homo idiot child is priced out of market.
There are too many grand sweeping assumptions in that scenario for me to address them.
At least I have an idea of what you're talking about though! Thank you!
good work!
when you address my "grand sweeping assumptions", does it do something to this:

or this?
cuz thats what happened.
IamExpat in the Netherlands
Buying the average Dutch house requires an income of 95.000 euros
The cost of buying the average Dutch house now means that buyers need to earn 95.000 euros, without savings, according to new calculations by Calcasa.
Buying property with a home CAN be a way to invest in real estate, but it is not the definition of real estate investing.
lemme guess - child of single mother?
