Nostr solves this... use case just waiting for someone to pick it up. Hashtag + geohash for ICE spottings, perhaps with Web of Trust to filter spam....

I say use Nostr to hashtag + geohash for tracking antifa terrorists and illegal aliens. Accessible to everyone, not just ICE.
