So by "obstruct" you mean "exercise 1st amendment rights to observe police," and he got shot for exercising his 2nd amendment right to do so while armed.
Lawful concealed carry permit holder, defends a woman be being brutalized by a masked agent. Gets pepper sprayed and tackled, his gun is removed and then he is shot 10 times. The states boots are already clean my dude.
You forgot he loaded a Sig P320 aka the Auto Kablooey 69000 because it randomly fires itself. That is what got him killed. It is unfortunate but that is what happens when you provoke people already on edge. Its just common sense and survival instincts barely anything to do with state vs anti state.
