awesome, yeah i cured the layers 1mm at a time. that set it. it was still a little tacky but i could comfortably wear them after 20min. not sure on exact time by thickness it took to completely lose it's tackiness but by morning the plastic was fully hardened. hope this helps

Someday I'm going to cross paths with you at Hushcon or something and during an interesting conversation, I'm going to figure out where I've seen those glasses before.
