I would be very wary of consuming or advertising discounted credits like this. The credits are likely either from stolen sources, are not the real model you are asking for, or in the worse case are possibly exfiltrating user data and credentials as a way to compensate.
I had a call with a provider offering these discounts once. After grilling them on how they were offering prices so low, they finally admitted that they were using stolen credits.
