Hubby was making plans to meet up with a friend he hasn't seen since last year and asked if he wanted to just do something the two of them, or if he wanted to meet our son too, which he did, but he asked some clarifying questions.
I found out that some parents nowadays don't want anyone to meet their baby for the first 3 months, and don't take them out in public, because of their immune system or something... eh, we're the opposite of that! 🤣
We had our son at Starbucks all day when he was 6 days old! We hand him to strangers we've just met if they look like they wanna hold him. (Obviously within reason, but we haven't met anyone unreasonable yet 🤣)
I grew up hearing that babies are on their mom's immune system for the first 3 months, unless they only eat formula, so I never even blinked! 😎
