You eat it? I stayed w a family once that would salt green mango and I have enjoyed it like that since.

Yes, I do. I like it either way ripe or unripe. We've got a few mango trees so my mrs makes boiled mango rolls which always increases my weight by a few kgs. That variety in the picture is really yummy when ripe.
