Usually folks suggest zap.stream but it's been having issues as of late. (ddos attacks, etc.) Hivetalk.org (honey.hivetalk.org) is good for like zoom style stuff. Idk if they've made it so that you can record and replay yet. And if you dont need video, cornychat.com is a great place for audio.
