Tried to open a new lightning channel on Zeus two days ago, but it's still pending. Not sure what to do.

Strange... I don't know what to tell you. You might just have to wait it out

Make sure you're synced on-chain fine https://docs.zeusln.app/for-users/embedded-node/faq/#what-should-i-do
Could be good to see if it's actually settled on-chain in a block explorer too
Thanks, I tried the suggested actions in the article, but none of them worked. I rescanned the chain twice even.
