Applications follow the protocol. The relay select what they store and send. That's where "moderation happens. This isn't hard to understand.

Can you please ask the relays to do that then?
They aren't my relays. My relay moderates what I want just fine.
So you think relay level censorship is the answer to media moderation?
Umm. I don't think you know how this works.
Because like, the relays don't host media.
