It’s increasingly rare to find quality customer support from real people nowadays. When I find myself on the phone with customer support who is a real, helpful person, I make sure to go out of my way to tell them that people like them are rare, and that I sincerely appreciate their help and understanding.
We all know customer support is a draining job that isn’t very financially rewarding either. I promise you, the love you share will be received in multitudes.

Totally agree with you. I’ve often asked to speak to their manager and tell them how good they are. This helps lot i think.
