I dont know how to set up any banking info ? I connected damus to alby but its just a link I think ? Im lost, but ill come back later to dig back in.

You' need a lightening wallet and you can use cash app to exchange bitcoin for dollars.
That's the route I use.
Seems like on Primal you need to activate the primal wallet.
