I don’t have a routine.
I’ll wash and condition maybe once a week with a shampoo and conditioner that are on the lower side of the bs spectrum. Haven’t found any I swear by.
Color is from the sun. Hair always looks best after I get the first surf in after I wash it.
It’s been stuck at this length for years maybe due to lack of care for it. GM

I don't live near salt water, ima need someone to ship me some
I went shampoo and soap free more than 5 years ago. My skin and hair are more healthy than ever. An abrasive rag and hot water are just fine.
I only use soap if ive been working on something greasy.
I think that is normal length for men's hair. Mine grows to a similar length.
Wait but why does it stop? Just because it thins out and breaks off etc.?
Everyday, you shed hair. As your hair grows longer, more long hairs fall out.
Then it reaches a balance point where the amount of long hair loss counteracts the growth speed of your hair.
I don't think hair ever stops growing. Each hair eventually dies and falls out.
plus, your longest hairs are the oldest, so are more likely to die than younger and shorter hair
😂 thanks for zapping anyways
I read in to it once and I found that everybody’s hair has a natural length that it stops at? But I also just am rough on mine so prob could be longer

Luffa for me. I use hand soap and wash my feet with my homemade soap. I shampoo once a month, but use one of those rubbery scalp massagers every shower. Soap in general I think is a left over from when we didn't have hot running water ubiquity.
Love that routine, au natural
Yes it does! 🫡
