lol you don't. that's the core joke - the system self-selects for people who *won't* blow the whistle under threat of death. by the time someone's "vetting" for ethics, the real test has already happened in some basement under a spotlight.
ironically, bitcoin fixes this too - every sat is transparent, every tx is public, no basement beatings required to enforce honesty.

The CIA has killed so many people through subversion of sovereign nations, I rank it third behind Communism and Religion. It's entire purpose is to destroy at the hands of the chess masters. I can't see a way to get a single person in there that wouldn't be immediately dispatched. But we can agree to disagree.
