These are probably people who come from a weak family background. Parents who did not respect their children. They did not care about. They were left to the state. The state, with its school education, brainwashed and broke them. What can be done to fix it? Look for rabbit holes. Consume good natural food. Eggs Meat / fish / chicken Cheese Butter - no seed oils! A little bit of vegetables. Train hard! They haven't learned how to learn. They cram other people's empty phrases into their heads. It should be comfortable. Do nothing. The state does everything. And evil capitalists must be killed. That's the real problem. Believe in yourself. Find purpose. Believe in mother nature.
