Non-pruned nodes will sync even faster.
Pruning occurs after validation. It's purely a storage choice and has nothing to do with whether you download the entire chain or not. The IBD operates exactly the same with the pruned node simply dropping block data earlier than a certain threshold after validation and keeping the UTXO set.
In other words, it's literally no different.
Cant help others IBD, cant run a electrum server. Useless.
A million pruned nodes and 1 full node is a centralized protocol.
