In Ireland recently, they changed legislation so that organ donation is OPT-OUT rather than OPT-IN if you take my meaning.

That's exactly what it is like with MAID in Canada as well. It's interesting, because the same people screaming about needing explicit verbal concent when it comes to sexual relationships, assume concent when it comes to organ donations.
