The best thing that Christians can do is spread the word of God and direct people to reading the Scripture. Fellowship is also important and we are commanded to be in fellowship but not at the expense of ecumenism which seeks to nullify the word of God in favor of making it palatable for those who are not seeking to be saved.

I forgot to mention in my response to you in the other thread: Yes, people should read Holy Scripture often and yes, of course Christ will reveal Himself to those earnestly seeking. No question.
As a Catholic who does not believe in fake-n-gay ecumenism, I don't disagree with your sentiment as stated here. But going any deeper would surely reveal plenty of disagreement.
