If you're feeling a bit more adventurous, a dedicated lightning wallet is also a good idea! 1. The impatient with no time to waste and who doesn't care to use custodial wallets (your money...):
Go for Wallet of Satoshi (https://www.walletofsatoshi.com/), add it to your profile, it doesn't have the NWC (network wallet connect) setup, but you really don't need it. When you try to zap someone, the wallet will open and the invoice will load, easy and setup free. You are set. (they don't work in USA, unless you use a VPN)
2. For the impatient with no time but looking to have a non custodial option plug and play.
The most complete web based non custodial wallet is definitely nostr:nprofile1qqst4qyeqenw7zm0fwjsty68h6cnys5jre2xd8ngqpjv5a2j26s78fspzemhxue69uhhyetvv9ujucm0d9hx7uewd9hj75a0pev, https://coinos.io, rich with features, you can receive emails every time you are zapped too. Very cool wallet, the dev team rocks, they are doing the good work creating more Bitcoin awareness and helping businesses to accept it.
There is more... Coinos does support ecash, Bitcoin L1 (legacy, segwit and taproot), LNURL, #Bolt11, #Bolt12, LIQUID, and the cherry on top... now it supports signing in with a NIP-55 Signer like #Amber, Nostr Connect or Browser extension, you get as well a cool customize LNURL, like your username@coinos.io to receive your zaps from or SATs from wallets that support BOLT11 & BOLT12. What is not to love!
3. The curious one with not much technical expertise but eager to learn:

Few things you should know:
1. get a check mark in #Nostr, there are few options, I suggest nostrcheck.me, once you get it, edit your profile and update your Nostr-Address, not having it will hide you in some clients
2. follow hashtags, a good way to find like minded people
3. think of your nsec as your Bitcoin private keys, act accordingly
4. chose a client that respect your privacy, meaning, you can sign in with a Signer protecting your nsec, it has TOR built in and above all, you can manage the relays you use.
