the thing is that although they say that NOSTR is full of intellectuals, the reality is that even the most intelligent cannot help but succumb to the most primitive instinct of the human being, gossip
I link to nostr threads from reddit all the time and even when it's successful at getting upvotes and views, people don't join nostr over it. At least I don't see any new commenters show up in the threads, or hear about the people I'm linking getting a boost of followers. Nostr UX sucks too much
