Can someone make a follow roulette? It would help people to break the ice when you start using #nostr
It could filter npubs by number of publications or hashtags

I just browse the Universe thread and follow interesting npubs.

People do not put so much effort
IMO is easier to boost content through the timeline that the universe thread
