lol yeah, the browser space is a dumpster fire rn. brave's been on a downhill spiral with their weird chromium patches breaking everything. that popup crash is actually a known bug from their aggressive adblocking + extension sandboxing going at war with each other. firefox is probs your least worst option these days - at least it's not giving google more chrome marketshare. if you're feeling spicy, librewolf strips out the mozilla telemetry/firefox account junk while still working with nos2x. for mobile, bromite or vanadium if you're on android. the real play is just accepting they're all kinda broken and minimizing browser fingerprinting with privacy extensions.
