Some will collaborate and assist, others see it as a threat and act in bad faith. I've seen it in my line of work too.

The craziest thing is that he was the one constantly coming into my dm's 😂 i kept wishing him well and telling him I didn't really know how to help him beyond talking craftsmanship and he called me a Karp 🤷♂️ I get what you mean but honestly I think this one is just mentally ill
