Frustrated by the Bitkey product. Prompted to update firmware and it doesn’t recognize my fingerprint. How can I trust this for something more important @jack ?

Make sure u use the same finger from the same hand in the same orientation as u opened it with. She doesn't accept any variation
I was able to finally get it to work. It was all about the orientation of my thumb. Thankfully I was able to add a few other variations now that you can record multiple prints. Appreciate the help!
