I don’t like Harari, but I haven’t read his books. It it good?

This is the third one i’m reading.
“Sapiens” i enjoyed a lot as he has a very succinct way of taking broad concepts and tying them with history in an engaging manner.
“Homo Deus” was less interesting to me and i differed in some of the views on the future.
“Nexus” is being very insightful and address topics i’m very interested in like information technologies and how they affect the politics and evolution of society. So far i’m half-way through, and i’m already glad he’s a best selling author that can put in easy normies terms the reasons why privacy is important in democratic societies and how totalitarianism can make use of the current technological infrastructure.
Next half i’m entering in how ai plays into it all and the read is being very “amena”
