All your feelings, thoughts & actions are downstream of the beliefs you hold.
Most of these you accumulated unconsciously through your conditioning years. Agreements with parents, teachers & people your were close to. You agreed to their version of reality which was also handed to them in a similar way.
The best place to start is with the fear & guilt you carry. Ask yourself what it is you would have to believe for this fear or guilt to exist? Articulating these false beliefs is the key to dissolving them.
