Have 4 and a half months of a “oh not, this is a friendly little information gathering process” of a notice of enquiry, I can confirm, HMRC are going hard. Happy to say no further action was required for me, and tax code has been reduced, but who is going to reimburse the additional fees my accountant charged!!! This is also a tax.
