Yes, an S9 is an excellent dehydrator. Simply build a box roughly the same size as other 1000w dehydrators and cut a hole to fit the exhaust fan of the Asics. I've been using the one I made for many months now with great success. I have not tried meat yet. Biltong should work just fine though because it doesn't require the higher temperatures that is recommended for other kinds of dried meats. View quoted note → View quoted note →
