actually the swap fee was only 8 cents. there was 1 cent lightning routing fee and the rest was the spread on strike since i paid from my cash balance.

Unrelated to diet, but 8 cents is still a significant fee.
Fees and spreads, just another wealth transfer to VISA and Goldman Sachs.
