yes. this idea that it should be free is ridiculous. aside from spam filtering... it costs money to operate a relay. i think relay operators should be paid. i think the days of fake free internet are over. wise people know that fake free internet is ad and tracker ridden because there are costs to run services. there is no such thing as fee (cost); there is a trade off/payment for everything. i'm happy to pay for services that i use. i am not happy to use fake free services that have behind the scenes money games like fiat corps: Appl$, Met$, Googl$ and others do. free does not exist. - expecting free = entitlement - not knowing fake free means ads and tracking = ignorance
