🚌🌞 Unexpected joy in San Juan Bautista
Took the bus today — a bit more comfort this time — and landed in San Juan Bautista with no real expectations. But wow… what a town.
This place lives — full of kids, energy, music, and horses. 🐎 The whole community feels connected. We arrived just in time for a local horse parade, and everywhere we looked, people were out, talking, playing, living.
Our daughter took the lead today, running from playground to playground, blending in effortlessly with local kids. She laughed, climbed, swung, and beamed. In one of the parks, monkeys were swinging in the trees — and just watching them was magic 🐒🌳
She was happy, and that’s always the real goal.
Parents happy too. Mission complete.
