That is jerky. Biltong is not thin and it doesn't go in a dehydrator. I am sure it is great but it isn't biltong. Jerky is dried, biltong is cured.
Jerky is heated to 165, biltong is air dried

Hy gebruik a dehidreer. Vleis is gou uit gedroog so ek dink nie dit sal vrot nie. Maar jy kry nie die dik stukke wat kan dan gesny word. Ook nooit biltong met rosemary gehad, ek dink dit kan dalk lekker smaak.
