It was indeed meshtastic and we don't need to have religious wars about which one to use. What we are preparing should be compatible with the mesh core, meshtastic, LoRa APRS and geogram in a single device and tool. Also, recent chinese boards made it even cheaper to combine everything (pic below) so we can use LoRa, bluetooth or WiFi and simply enjoy the best connection available at that time.
