Thinking of doing a 7 day fasting (water, coffee and supplements only) in December to celebrate our Lord Jesus

It will start on the day of the 17th and breaks on the day of the 24th

Water fasts are great, sacrifices for God are greater, Iβll catch you on the next one π«
I did this last month. Itβs great. But did a different kind of fast / cleanse. It is really great and gave me a fresh reboot. Totally recommend doing something if you feel stuck. Good luck!

I've never fasted for more than 24 hours before, but I'll give it a shot replacing coffee with bone broth.
All that matters is to try it out! Any duration will be just fine. Thanks for joining π

I may have spoken too soon. I keep forgetting that I'm getting a surgery on my knee soon, so if I don't get through the initial recovery by the 17th, I'll have to pass. Hopefully, things work out and I'll join y'all π€
